About Us
"Hi! We are Kodiak Avenue, an acoustic guitar and vocal duo from Aberdare, South Wales. We provide bespoke entertainment for weddings and events.

We formed in May 2015 and play a variety of musical genres, featuring songs by artists such as Eva Cassidy, Ed Sheeran, Christina Perri, and Norah Jones. We have performed at a number of venues including The Celtic Manor Resort, Brecon Jazz Festival, Morgan's Hotel Swansea, Future Inn Cardiff Bay, The Vale Resort, The New Country House Hotel, Waterfront Bar Brecon, The Pen-Y-Cae Inn, Miss Jones Cardiff, and Trecco Bay Holiday Park.
We love the Nashville country music scene, and our setlist includes songs by some of our favourite country singers, such as Lady Antebellum, Blake Shelton, Easton Corbin and Brandy Clark. We are always adding new songs to our repertoire.

Jayne and Liam x
Jayne
Jayne is a trained singer and has achieved Grade 8 Singing (Distinction) with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, holds a Diploma of the London College of Music (DipLCM), and a B.A. (Hons) Degree.
She has performed as a soloist in cabaret at various venues throughout the UK, and in Sacramento and Redding in California USA. She has sung in many concerts and shows, including the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.
She loves to sing a variety of different musical styles, such as Country, West End/Broadway, Classical, Swing and Jazz. She also enjoys presenting shows and organised a very successful fashion show for a large retailer.

Jayne is a qualified singing and piano teacher.
Liam
Liam has previously played guitar in a rock band, however he has a passion for the music he plays with Kodiak Avenue, and loves arranging acoustic covers to perform with Jayne.
​
He is a qualified personal trainer and exercise referral specialist.
​
Jayne and Liam have also gained excellent reviews and recognition as part of an acoustic band, for their interpretation of Nashville inspired modern country music. They were thrilled to receive a message from Netherlands country duo 'The Common Linnets', who said they loved Kodiak Avenue's cover of their song 'Calm After The Storm'.
Kodiak Avenue's cover versions of 'Gonna' and 'Sangria' by Nashville star Blake Shelton were also tweeted by a popular country radio station in Oklahoma USA to thousands of their listeners.
When performing cover songs, Kodiak Avenue always tries to makes every song and arrangement their own. They are flexible and versatile, to make sure the client gets the best evening possible. From the first email contact through to your big night, they will help you write the story of your event; helping to make memories and give you something truly special and unforgettable!
They always aim for a high standard of excellence in every aspect of an event, keeping up to date with a selection of classic hits, songs from the charts, and popular country music from the Nashville scene. They are able to fit in at any type of event or special occasion, and tailor each show to meet the needs of the client.
